The smoker itself isn’t changing — same 94-gallon Legacy offset smoker, same proven design. Only the frame it sits on is getting a redesign.
Offset Smoker • 1/4″ Steel Pipe • Competition Ready
Main grate: 24″ × 48″ • Upper rack: 15″ × 39″ • 1/4″ steel pipe
Fabricated from 1/4″ steel pipe and comes with a specially designed adjustable tuning plate that sits at the firebox throat opening inside the main cook chamber. That allows this pit to have excellent draw and consistent, even temperatures across the full 48″×24″ cook surface. Partnered with unique style, this smoker is a must-have in your backyard arsenal.

About This Build
Most offset smokers on the market are built from rolled sheet steel. This one is built from 1/4″ steel pipe — the same material used in industrial pressure vessels. That extra wall thickness means it holds heat longer, recovers faster when you open the door, and is virtually immune to warping over years of high-heat use.
The custom adjustable tuning plates are another detail most builders skip. They sit inside the cook chamber and redirect airflow so that both ends of the 48″ cook surface hit the same temperature — critical for competition cooks or big catering loads.
Every nut, bolt, hinge, and drain valve is stainless steel. The hardware holding this pit together will outlast the steel itself.
Who It’s For
This is the offset for the serious backyard cook, the competition team, or anyone who has owned a thin-walled box smoker and is done compromising. If you’re smoking briskets low and slow for 12+ hours, the 1/4″ wall holds temp with minimal fuel input once it gets dialed in.
At 24″×48″, the main grate handles 4–6 full briskets or a full competition load. The 15″×39″ upper rack is perfect for sausage runs, ribs, or warming while the main grate is loaded.
