The drop-in version of our showpiece Santa Maria, designed to set into an outdoor kitchen or island. The rotisserie system and grate frame are constructed fully of 304 stainless steel, driven by a high-torque motor with a 5/8″ stainless spit and forks, over heavy-duty 1/4″ steel coal bed grates. The signature 28″-diameter wheel crank is wrapped in polished stainless steel with polished stainless steel accents. Finished standard with high-temp black paint coating.

The drop-in design means the fire basin sits flush into your outdoor kitchen countertop or island — no exposed frame, no freestanding legs. What you see above the counter is the cook surface, the wheel crank, and the polished stainless accents. It’s a built-in appliance with the cooking capability of an open-fire pit.
The chain-lift height adjustment gives you precise control over your fire distance. Wind up the 28″ wheel crank to raise the grate away from the coals for a gentle cook, or drop it low for a scorching sear. That control is the whole point of Santa Maria-style cooking, and having it built into your outdoor kitchen means it’s always ready.
