Santa Maria • Enclosed Basin • Firebrick • Rotisserie
Full-length motorized rotisserie • Firebrick-lined basin • 28″ polished SS wheel crank
A showpiece live-fire grill built to last generations. The rotisserie system and grate frame are constructed fully of 304 stainless steel, driven by a high-torque motor with a 5/8″ stainless spit and forks. An all-steel enclosed basin lined with firebrick retains heat like a wood-fired oven. The signature 28″-diameter wheel crank is wrapped in polished stainless steel, with polished stainless accents and pull bars throughout. Dual brushed-aluminum fold-down shelves, integrated under-storage cabinet, ash clean-out chute for easy cleanup, and all stainless steel hardware. Finished standard with high-temp black paint coating.

About This Build
The firebrick-lined basin isn’t just aesthetic — it’s functional. Firebrick absorbs and radiates heat the way a wood-fired pizza oven does, creating a cooking environment that’s more stable and more forgiving than bare steel. Your coals burn longer, your cook surface holds temperature more evenly, and the radiant heat from the brick adds another dimension to how the food cooks.
The 28″ polished stainless wheel crank drives a chain-lift grate height system that lets you adjust your distance from the fire with precision — pulling the grate up to sear over a ripping hot bed of coals, then raising it to finish over gentle radiant heat. This is the fundamental technique of Santa Maria-style cooking, and this grill executes it perfectly.
Who It’s For
This is the grill for the cook who takes live-fire seriously — someone who wants to do whole animals on the rotisserie, run a full load of tri-tip for a party, or cook steaks over oak coals the way it’s been done in Santa Maria Valley for a century. It’s not a gas grill replacement. It’s a dedicated live-fire cooking station.
It’s also a statement piece. The polished stainless details, the wheel crank, the firebrick basin — this is the kind of grill that becomes the centerpiece of an outdoor kitchen or patio. Customers have called it “functional art” and they’re not wrong.
Also available in a drop-in version designed to set into an outdoor kitchen island.
